Chef Jennifer Hill Booker is a “Georgia Grown” Executive Chef for the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the “Culinary Explorer” for the Georgia Department of Tourism and Travel. If Chef Booker looks familiar maybe you saw her on TV. She was featured on Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen,” and on “Today,”. Plus Chef Jennifer has often been found in regional and national magazines. Of course this is because she is an awesome chef but this celebrity is also in recognition for her popular cookbooks which blend her Southern upbringing and her classical French culinary training at le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Paris. Those books are: Field Peas to Foie Gras: Southern Recipes with a French Accent and  Dinner Déjà Vu: Southern Tonight, French Tomorrow
