Always a healthy eater with a love of exercise, she not only teaches about how to eat better – she practices her mantra daily, taking fresh delicious ingredients and cooking up irresistibly good food. When you enjoy a class with her, you’ll understand why her title is “Healthy Chef Partyologist”.
Waldeck’s zeal for wine and food pairing has led to an advanced certification from London’s Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Interesting wine and food classes, compelling writing, artistic food styling, innovative health-supportive recipe development and accomplished media work are all part of her culinary portfolio.
From working on the Turner South show, Home Plate, to monthly appearances on the nationally syndicated morning show, Everyday with Marcus and Lisa, from classes for Cancer Wellness to instructing other chefs at the American Embassy in Africa, Nancy has taken her passion for good food and delicious wine across the world.
